This is a cute little restaurant that we found while walking around Maui Mall looking for inspiration. My boyfriend wanted to just eat at Subway so he went to get his sandwich and I went for some Thai to-go. I wasn't feeling super hungry but knew I'd want some nice Thai leftovers so I ordered the Spring Rolls and the Pad Thai noodles. They were soooo good and fresh tasting I was in heaven! I thought the Spring Rolls would be deep fried like I'm used to but they were actually just wrapped in rice paper that was thin and soft. It really makes the Spring Rolls less heavy and more flavorful when you dip it in the peanut sauce.
